"This experience is a great way to de-stress and to re-connect with nature. With the fast pace of society today and media driven lives we live it is a great way to slow down and experience nature in a way that makes you appreciate the beautiful nature that is all around us. Everyone should give it a try... it was awesome!"

Ongoing Practices

These ongoing offerings are designed for those who would like to deepen their relationship with nature therapy over time through sustained practice and shared experience. Some can be joined at any time, while others follow a set start and end date. Pricing varies by offering.

12-Week Walk Series

This series of guided nature therapy walks meets weekly in the same location with the same group over the course of twelve weeks. Returning to the same place again and again offers an opportunity to experience the subtle shifts of the landscape over time in a different way while building continuity, familiarity, and shared practice within the group.

Expected to launch by spring of 2027; depending on interest, series may be offered virtually, in-person, or both. If you are interested in joining, please let me know.

Weekly Pause

These weekly half-hour virtual sessions offer a simple opportunity to pause during the flow of everyday life and spend a few quiet moments outdoors. During each session, you’ll be guided through a gentle “tour of the senses” from an outdoor location of your choosing with invitations to notice and get curious about both what's around you and your own internal experience. Cameras are always optional.

"Time spent in nature restores our well-being in a World that pushes our habits into process and isolation. This experience shows you how to open the senses to receive, relax and respond. Even in the smallest of natural spaces. I encourage you to try it."

Custom Experiences

Custom offerings create opportunities to bring nature therapy into spaces where people are already gathering: retreats, workplaces, community groups, celebrations, periods of transition, or simply an opportunity to step outside together for a little while. Each experience is developed collaboratively and shaped around the needs, intentions, and setting of your group or organization. Experiences can be offered in person or virtually, in English, Spanish, or bilingually.

Retreats & Events

Nature therapy can be woven into retreats, gatherings, and events as a complementary practice that supports attention, presence, and connection. Nature therapy experiences may stand on their own or be integrated alongside practices such as yoga, meditation, tai chi, creative practice, leadership development, or workplace wellness initiatives. Each is shaped to fit the tone, flow, and intentions of the larger gathering. Pricing varies.

Private Walks

Private nature therapy walks are designed for groups seeking a more personal or tailored experience. Some groups come together to mark a transition, celebrate a milestone, or simply create space for something different in the midst of busy lives. Some groups arrive knowing exactly why they’re gathering, and others just know they want to spend time together outdoors and see what emerges. Walks can be held in a natural setting that is meaningful or convenient for your group or virtually.

Private in-person walks are generally priced at $50 per participant, with a minimum of $200 per experience. Additional costs, such as mileage or venue-related fees, may apply depending on the location and nature of the experience. Private virtual walks are generally priced at $25 per participant, with a minimum of $100 per experience.
